I am the person organisations call when they need to understand a complex problem, build a solution that actually works, and develop the people and systems to sustain it.
Governments. Universities. NGOs. Development organisations. Private companies. They call me when the problem is real, the stakes are high, and the usual approaches have failed.
Most organisations know something is wrong. Fewer know exactly what. And even fewer still have the capacity to fix it, sustain the fix, and build the internal expertise to stop it happening again.
That is where I come in.
I work at the intersection of strategy, data, and human development. I peel back the layers. I find the root causes that others miss. I design solutions that are built for the real world, not the ideal one, and I develop the people and systems needed to implement, monitor, and evaluate them.
I do not offer templates. I do not recycle frameworks. Every engagement is built around your specific context, your specific constraints, and the specific outcome you need to achieve.
Understand the Problem
Before anyone can fix anything, they need to truly understand what is broken and why. I bring a rare combination of analytical rigour, systems thinking, and on-the-ground insight to diagnose complex problems at their root. Most organisations are solving the symptom. I find the cause.
Build the Solution
I design and develop solutions that are evidence-based, contextually grounded, and built to last. Drawing on my background in mathematics, statistics, data science, research, and over 19 years working across sectors and continents, I build what works, not what looks good on paper.
Develop the People and Systems
A solution is only as strong as the people and systems behind it. I develop the internal capacity [i.e., the training, the frameworks, the monitoring and evaluation infrastructure] that organisations need to own and sustain their transformation long after I have left the room.
